This website is operated by TAMAM İç ve Dış Tic. A.Ş. ("Tamam", "we", "us"), a company registered in Türkiye. Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
We collect only what we need in order to answer you and to trade with you.
We do not sell personal data. We do not buy contact lists. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We process personal data where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract or to perform a contract with you; where we have a legal obligation, such as Turkish tax and commercial record-keeping; where we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our business and responding to enquiries; and, where none of those apply, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Tamam operates its own pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms, including the pages for our brands Qutiee, Zynat and Nawah Türkiye.
We use an internal business system, operated by Tamam and not available to the public, to prepare and publish our own content to our own pages through those platforms' official interfaces. Access is authorised by a Tamam administrator who is an administrator of the pages concerned, and it can be withdrawn by us or by the platform at any time.

We do not collect, store or analyse personal data about the people who follow, view or interact with our pages beyond the aggregate figures the platform itself shows us. We do not use platform data for advertising to individuals outside those platforms, and we do not share, license or sell any data obtained through a platform's interface to anyone.
When you interact with us on a social platform, that platform is also a data controller in its own right and its own privacy policy applies to your use of it.
This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
We share personal data only where it is necessary, and only with parties bound to protect it: our website host and IT service providers; our accountants and professional advisers; banks, shipping agents and customs authorities where a transaction requires it; and public authorities where the law obliges us.
Some of the services we rely on, including our website host and email provider, store data outside Türkiye. Where that happens we transfer personal data only in line with Article 9 of KVKK and, where the GDPR applies, on the basis of an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to two years. Commercial records — invoices, contracts, shipping documents — are kept for ten years, as Turkish commercial and tax law requires. Website server logs are kept for up to twelve months. When a retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
We keep personal data in access-controlled business systems, restrict access to the people who need it for their work, and require authentication for every person who uses them. We review those controls as our systems change.
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether we process your personal data; to request information about that processing; to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad; to have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected; to request erasure or destruction; to have any correction or erasure notified to those third parties; to object to a result produced solely by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for loss caused by unlawful processing.
Where the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, write to info@tamamtr.com or to our registered address above. We will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is significant we will say so on the website.
